I was invited to present my work in the section State of the Art of the Copenhagen art fair, Artcph Art, curated by the Danish artist Jeppe Hein and featuring young Danish artists living and working abroad. Here I installed a large inflatable sculpture that moved according to the viewers’ whereabouts in the space. In a small frame, I exhibited also a second sculpture which had exploded accidentally since a technician, whom I had asked to take some light spots down, hit the balloon with a screwdriver. Moreover, I cut a hole into one of the walls so that viewers could go behind the display zone to see more works. One of these consisted of an intervention in situ where I took down one of the large black curtains coveting shelves of coloured folding chairs (normally used for concerts and other events) to obtain an abstract form encompassing all other works as a over-sized backdrop.
